Citrus Greens at Orangetree Homeowner's Association 

Orangetree, itself, is over 2,500 acres and consists of four main parts under the Master Association: (1) Phase I is Citrus Greens at Orangetree – our Association.  There are 275 lots in this phase with currently 275 having been developed; (2) Phase II is Valencia Lakes at Orangetree – a gated community, that runs essentially from behind our Recreational Center around Lake Lucerne to Immokalee Road; (3) the gated Valencia Golf Course community which is located east of Phase II with its main entrance off of Randall Blvd; and (4) Waterways of Naples which is across Oil Well Road from us. Since 1997, when we first thought about taking over the Association, and 1998 when we assumed control, a large number of our residents have participated in Association activities by volunteering their talents and services.
